Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights Group -- New York City We seek a small group of experienced attorneys with portable business to join our Bankruptcy group. Our group represents debtors, both publicly and privately owned; equity owners of debtors; secured and unsecured creditors; financial institutions; as well as other types of parties. We seek attorneys with extensive experience with workouts, restructuring, arrangements and compositions; federal and state insolvency-related tax issues and proceedings; preference avoidance actions in bankruptcy proceedings; and corporate and individual asset protection. We intend to dramatically expand our NYC-based real estate practice with attorneys capable of handling sophisticated development, leasing and financing transactions.
