Ms. Joseffer's presentation, entitled "Living With Circular 230: The New Rules," addressed the Internal Revenue Service's recent changes to the law regarding tax advice, including written opinions and communications prepared by tax professionals. Ms. Joseffer counsels clients on tax issues related to all types of domestic and international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, executive compensation arrangements, and personal income and estate planning for business executives and their families. She regularly represents clients with tax disputes with the Internal Revenue Service. The seminar was hosted by the Akron/Cleveland office of SS&G Financial Services, a comprehensive accounting, business consulting, and management firm with locations throughout the state of Ohio and in Northern Kentucky. With more than 220 attorneys practicing in all major areas of law, Hodgson Russ is among the 200 largest law firms headquartered in the United States. It is one of approximately 100 firms in the country listed in America's Greatest Places to Work With a Law Degree. In June 2005, Hodgson Russ received the Carol S.
