Mr. Suzan concentrates his practice in trademark litigation and prosecution, intellectual property, and Internet and new media law. His experience includes prosecuting and defending trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, representing and counseling clients on federal trademark litigation matters, and counseling clients on all facets of trademark clearance, prosecution, infringement, licensing, domain name, and Internet and new media matters. Founded in 1878, the International Trademark Association (INTA) is a nonprofit membership association of more than 4,600 trademark owners and professionals from more than 180 countries dedicated to the support and advancement of trademarks and related intellectual property as elements of fair and effective national and international commerce. With more than 220 attorneys practicing in all major areas of law, Hodgson Russ is among the 200 largest law firms headquartered in the United States.
