Bailey, Jr. assumes presidency of National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel NEW YORK, N.Y. — Hodgson Russ LLP partner Lawrence R. Bailey, Jr. has been sworn in as president of the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel (NARTC), effective August 1. Mr. Bailey concentrates his practice in the areas of transportation law, including Federal Employers' Liability Act and other railroad matters; products liability; personal injury defense; civil litigation; and corporate litigation. In addition to his work with the NARTC, Mr. Bailey is a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel, the Defense Research Institute, and the Federation of Insurance and Corporate Counsel. The NARTC facilitates discussion among defense trial counsel of issues arising from litigation affecting railroads and the railroad industry.
