Attorneys From Hodgson Russ Keynote Speakers at Jesup & Lamont Conference

Attorneys from Hodgson Russ spoke at Jesup & Lamont’s Emerging Growth Stock Conference, held recently in Orlando, Florida. John J. Zak and Arnold M. Zipper, partners in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group, presented recent securities law developments. Bethany J. Gilbert, an attorney in the firm’s Health Law Practice Group, addressed related developments of interest to life science companies.

The conference hosted over 30 growth-oriented micro and small-cap companies, which presented to institutional investors, venture capitalists, corporate executives, and investment professionals.

Hodgson Russ has also been invited to sponsor the Jesup & Lamont mid-market conference, to be held May 15, 2008, at the Warwick Hotel, New York City. At this conference, a number of Jesup & Lamont’s larger clients, each with a market capitalization of not less than $75 million, will make presentations.
