Leonard Lipsky Joins New York City Office

Hodgson Russ announces Leonard Lipsky has joined the law firm’s Health Law Practice Group in its New York City office. Mr. Lipsky counsels a broad range of health care providers, including general and long-term acute care hospitals (LTACHs), ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), management services organizations, imaging facilities, and physician groups, in all phases of corporate formation and in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. Mr. Lipsky also advises health care clients in regulatory and compliance matters, including federal and state anti-kickback, anti-fraud, and physician referral issues. He has provided legal services to the largest freestanding LTACH in the State of New Jersey, a clinical trial kit manufacturer, and a specialty pharmacy, among other health care entities.
