Four Hodgson Russ Attorneys Admitted to New York State Bar

Four Hodgson Russ LLP attorneys are newly admitted to the New York State Bar. They are Troy M. Carnrite (Corporate & Securities Practice Group), Reena Dutta (Business Litigation Practice Group), Elizabeth Pascal (State & Local Tax Practice Group), and Heather K. Pierce (Torts, Insurance & Products Liability Practice Group).

All four attorneys are resident in the firm’s Buffalo office.

Troy M. Carnrite concentrates his practice in securities law, general corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions.

Reena Dutta concentrates her practice in business litigation. Her experience includes matters involving white-collar crime, municipal zoning, antitrust issues, and intellectual property.

Elizabeth Pascal concentrates her practice in tax law with a focus on New York State, New York City, and multistate tax issues.

Heather K. Pierce focuses her practice on insurance defense of construction injury cases. She is experienced in both the plaintiff and defendant sides of personal injury lawsuits.
