Michael B. Risman a Speaker at Erie County Assessors’ Association

Michael B. Risman, a partner in the Hodgson Russ LLP Municipal Law Practice Group, will be a speaker at the May 5 meeting of the Erie County Assessors’ Association in Buffalo, New York.

His presentation will address legal issues related to the taxation of local development corporation property.

Mr. Risman has more than 25 years of experience representing municipalities in a wide range of civil litigation and appeals. Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, he served as corporation counsel of the City of Buffalo.

The Erie County Assessors’ Association is an organization dedicated to the education of the professional assessment community and property owners of Erie County, New York.
