Hodgson Russ Partner Yueh-Mei Kim Nutter Certified by The Florida Bar

BOCA RATON -- Yueh-Mei Kim Nutter has been certified by the Board of Legal Specialization and Education of The Florida Bar as a specialist in marital and family law effective June 1, 2005. Ms. Nutter is a partner in the Florida office of Hodgson Russ LLP  and leads the Firm's Florida Marital & Family Law Practice Group.

Yueh-Mei Kim Nutter concentrates her practice in the area of civil litigation, with a particular focus on family law. She also has experience handling collection, probate, and estate matters.

Ms. Nutter serves as co-chair of the Family Law Committee of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association. She has been certified since 1995 by the Supreme Court of Florida as a family mediator. Ms. Nutter also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem for the Family Law Section of the 17th Judicial Circuit for Broward County and for the Family Law, Criminal, and Dependency Section of the 15th Judicial Circuit for Palm Beach County. She is also a founding member of the Collaborative Family Lawyers of South Florida.
