Hodgson Russ announces members of board of directors

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Hodgson Russ LLP is pleased to announce the members of its board of directors.
Todd M. Joseph, Rick W. Kennedy, and Benjamin M. Zuffranieri, all partners in the Firm, have been elected to the board of directors. Mario J. Papa and John J. Zak, also partners, were re-elected to the board. Gary M. Schober, as president and CEO of Hodgson Russ, and Paul R. Comeau, as chair of the Firm, are also members of the board.
Gary M. Schober concentrates his practice in electronic commerce, computer and technology law, and in generally counseling high-technology and other clients on a broad range of business law matters.
Paul R. Comeau, a member of the State & Local Tax Practice Group, concentrates his practice in taxation law, business planning law, and business acquisitions law. He has practiced New York tax law since 1973.
Todd M. Joseph focuses his practice on negotiating, planning, and implementing business and estate plan transactions for closely held businesses and their owners. He is a member of the Federal/International Tax Practice Group.
Rick W. Kennedy is the leader of the Firm's Environmental Practice Group. He has extensive experience in environmental litigation, including environmental risk assessment and allocation in transactions, compliance counseling, and project development and permitting.
Mario J. Papa, a member of the Firm's Corporate & Securities Practice Group, concentrates his practice in all aspects of corporation taxation and corporation law, including mergers and acquisitions, estate planning, and trust and probate law.
John J. Zak is a partner in the Corporate & Securities Practice Group and active in the Firm's Canada and international practices. He concentrates his practice in U.S. securities regulation and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law and governance.
Benjamin M. Zuffranieri, lead attorney in the Business Litigation Practice Group, is experienced in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including general business, construction, and cross-border litigation.
