Hodgson Russ associates admitted to New York State Bar

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Eight Hodgson Russ LLP associates were recently admitted to the New York State Bar. They are Delia D. Cadle (Torts, Insurance & Products Liability), Cynthia A. Giganti (Business Litigation), Elizabeth A. Holden (Real Estate & Finance), Britta L. Lukomski (Estates & Trusts), Stephen P. McAndrew (Corporate & Securities), Kyle C. Reeb (Torts, Insurance & Products Liability), Zeus N. Shaikh (State & Local Tax), and Jessica S. Wiltse (General/International Tax).

Delia D. Cadle concentrates her practice in litigation, with a focus on insurance defense, products liability, personal injury defense, breach of contract, and employment discrimination. She received a B.A. from Emory University and a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law.

Cynthia A. Giganti has experience with intellectual property litigation and employment litigation matters. She has worked on cases involving contract disputes and patent infringement suits for prominent national corporations. She received a B.A. from the University at Buffalo and a J.D. from the University at Buffalo Law School, State University of New York.

Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Elizabeth A. Holden was a law clerk at the Office of the United States Attorney in the Western District of New York and at Damon & Morey LLP. She also worked in Washington D.C. at the National Criminal Justice Association and the Office of Corporation Counsel. She received a B.A. from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from Notre Dame Law School.

Britta L. Lukomski is experienced in handling matters in all aspects of estates and trusts law, including estate and trust planning and administration, elder law, and Medicaid planning. She earned a B.A. from Boston College and a J.D. from the University at Buffalo Law School, State University of New York.

Stephen P. McAndrew concentrates his practice in securities law, general corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions. He received a B.A. from Trinity College Dublin, a diploma in legal studies from the Dublin Institute of Technology, and a J.D. from the University at Buffalo Law School, State University of New York.

Kyle C. Reeb concentrates his practice in business litigation, insurance coverage litigation, insurance defense litigation, intellectual property litigation, products liability cases, toxic torts, and employment discrimination litigation. He earned a B.A. from the State University of New York at Potsdam and a J.D. from Washington University Law School.

Zeus N. Shaikh's practice covers many areas of state and local tax law, with a particular focus on residency and domicile issues related to New York State and City personal income taxes. His work also includes analysis of issues involving sales and use tax and corporate franchise tax. He received a B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany and a J.D. from Emory University School of Law.

Jessica S. Wiltse concentrates her practice in the federal tax area with a particular emphasis on international tax planning. Ms. Wiltse is also a regular contributor to Canadian Tax Highlights, a cross-border tax publication of the Canadian Tax Foundation, most recently in its February and March 2005 issues. She earned a B.A. and an M.A. from the University at Buffalo and a J.D. from the University at Buffalo Law School, State University of New York.
