BUFFALO, N.Y. — Kenneth D. Suzan, Esq., a senior associate in Hodgson Russ LLP's Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group, gave a presentation at a meeting of the Bar Association of Erie County's Intellectual Property, Computer, and Entertainment Law Committee, April 6, Buffalo.
Mr. Suzan discussed trademark and domain name issues for Web site development including domain name registration strategies, metatags, linking, framing, and trademark and service mark usage. His presentation emphasized practical strategies for attorneys to advise clients on common Internet and trademark law issues.
Mr. Suzan's experience includes prosecuting and defending trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, representing and counseling clients on federal trademark litigation matters, and counseling clients on all facets of trademark clearance, prosecution, infringement, licensing, domain name, and Internet and new media matters.
