Hodgson Russ attorneys, staff, and clients Dine Out for Life

BUFFALO, N.Y. — More than 100 attorneys, staff members, families, and clients of Hodgson Russ LLP participated in Buffalo's third annual Dining Out for Life, a fundraising event that supports AIDS Community Services of Western New York and AIDS Family Services.

On April 26, more than 50 local restaurants donated 25 percent or more of their sales to benefit the two organizations.

"It's a unique fundraiser which supports a great cause. All you have to do is go out and enjoy some of Western New York's finest cuisine," said Thomas E. Popek, Esq., who spearheaded an effort to maximize participation from Hodgson Russ attorneys, staff members, and clients. Mr. Popek and his wife, Christine, director of finance for AIDS Community Services, served as volunteer Dining Out for Life stewards at the Old Orchard Inn in East Aurora.

Mr. Popek is an attorney in Hodgson Russ's Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in counseling clients on protecting their intellectual property interests in patents, copyrights, and trademarks.
