Hodgson Russ partner Bonnie A. Redder elected to Theatre of Youth board of directors

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Bonnie A. Redder, Esq., a partner in Hodgson Russ LLP's Health Law Practice Group, has joined the board of directors of Theatre of Youth, a local nonprofit theater company.
"I'm excited to take on this role with such a positive organization and to continue in Hodgson Russ's tradition of supporting the community," Ms. Redder said.
Ms. Redder concentrates her practice in health and hospital law, with an emphasis on compliance with federal and state provider referral statutes, physician contracting, graduate medical education issues, managed care contracting, and corporate structuring. She acts as the outside corporate counsel to a number of hospital systems and has served as special in-house counsel to major Western New York hospitals. Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Ms. Redder worked for the New York State Legislature as a legislative aide and as deputy director of the Commission on Science and Technology.
Founded in 1972, Theatre of Youth is a professional company of adult actors who perform for young audiences. TOY strives to instill and nurture in young people, from pre-K through high school and college, an appreciation for live theater as a stimulating cultural experience, fundamental to the development of individual creativity. Theatre of Youth is the resident company at the historic Allendale Theatre, located at 203 Allen St.
