The CLE seminar, entitled "Bankruptcy: Basics and Some Special Issues," covered a wide range of topics including an introduction to the bankruptcy process, representation of creditors, clients' rights and responsibilities under bankruptcy code, and electronic filing.

Mr. Weisz was also on the advisory committee for the American Bar Association's inaugural Bench & Bar Bankruptcy Conference, held March 10-12 in Washington, D.C.
