Henry C.W. Nisser joins Hodgson Russ

NEW YORK, N.Y. — Hodgson Russ LLP is pleased to announce that Henry C.W. Nisser has joined the firm as attorney in the Corporate & Securities Practice Group. Mr. Nisser will practice from the firm's New York office.
Mr. Nisser concentrates his practice in corporate law, with a particular focus on U.S. securities regulation and compliance, public and private equity and debt security financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.
Mr. Nisser earned a B.A. from Connecticut College. He studied law in Brussels, Belgium, and earned his LL.B. degree from the University of Buckingham, Great Britain. He is a native Swedish speaker, fluent in French, and conversant in Italian.
