NEW YORK, N.Y. — John Catterson, a partner in Hodgson Russ LLP's Estates & Trusts Practice Group and managing partner of the firm's New York office, delivered a presentation on will preparation recently to employees of the United Nations.
At the "Mission Readiness Workshop on Wills," Mr. Catterson addressed a wide range of issues, including advantages to having a will, the necessary elements of a will, alternatives to wills, and more.
Mr. Catterson has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of planning and administration of estates and has provided extensive services to individual and institutional fiduciaries. He also has broad experience in the formation and regulation of various types of nonprofit institutions and has served as counsel to a number of foundations, both public and private, as well as other charitable organizations.
