Home > News & Seminars > News Releases > Hodgson Russ managing partner Yueh-Mei Kim Nutter speaks at prestigious Flo Hodgson Russ managing partner Yueh-Mei Kim Nutter speaks at prestigious Florida Bar seminar BOCA RATON, FLA. — Yueh-Mei Kim Nutter, managing partner of Hodgson Russ LLP’s Florida offices and a member of the firm’s Florida Family & Marital Practice Group, presented at the Family Law Review seminar, held at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa in Orlando on January 25, 2008. Ms. Nutter discussed the newly enacted Uniform Premarital Agreement Act and its implications for the state’s family lawyers and the clients they serve. The Family Law Review seminar is hosted each year by the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar. It is considered the largest and most prestigious seminar of its kind, drawing approximately 1,000 family lawyers, judges, and expert witnesses from across the state. Ms. Nutter concentrates her practice in the area of civil litigation with a particular focus on family law. She is a Florida Supreme Court certified family mediator, and she has been certified by the Board of Legal Specialization and Education of the Florida Bar as a specialist in marital and family law. Ms. Nutter currently serves as co-chair of the Mediation Committee of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association and chair of the Guardian Ad Litem Subcommittee of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar. She is also a founding member of Collaborative Family Lawyers of South Florida, Inc.
