NEW YORK, N.Y. — Jeffrey A. Rinde, a partner in Hodgson Russ LLP’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group, presented “What companies can do to implement best practices in corporate governance” at Integrated Corporate Relations (ICR) XChange Asia, recently held at the Reuters Conference Center in New York City. Mr. Rinde discussed rules, regulations, and recent trends in corporate governance and their implications for Asia-based companies that list in the United States.
