Attorneys from Hodgson Russ acted as chapter 11 bankruptcy counsel to Empire Beef Co., Inc. in its recent chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. At the time of its filing, Empire was one of the largest family owned meat distribution companies in the country with the yearly revenues in excess of $500 million.
