BUFFALO, N.Y. — Mark S. Klein, a partner in Hodgson Russ LLP's State & Local Tax and Tax Dispute Resolution Practice Groups, is the contributing editor of the 2007 Guidebook to New York Taxes. This year marks the 42nd edition of the annually published guide.

Designed as a quick reference work, the Guidebook presents succinct discussions of state and local taxes, gives a general picture of the state tax laws and regulations, and highlights significant cases and administrative rulings. The Guidebook is useful to tax practitioners, New York and multistate businesspersons, and those who are obligated to file New York returns or who are required to deal with New York taxes.
