Christian J. Soller to present at National Business Institute seminar in Albany
 Christian J. Soller, an attorney in Hodgson Russ LLP’s Torts, Insurance & Products Liability and Restructuring, Bankruptcy & Commercial Litigation Practice Groups, will be a speaker at the February 22 seminar entitled “Bad Faith Insurance Claims in New York,” presented by the National Business Institute. Mr. Soller will discuss the ethical considerations often invoked by insurance coverage disputes, as well as the legal implications of the Unfair Claim Settlement Practices Act.
