Rinde and Betty Li to Speak at Conference in GuangzhouJeffrey A. Rinde and Betty Li of Hodgson Russ LLP’s Corporate & Securities and Asian Practice Groups will speak at a conference sponsored by the Guandong Association of Corporate Finance (GACF) on April 12, 2008.Mr. Rinde and Ms. Li will discuss alternatives to bringing Chinese companies public in the United States, including IPOs, APOs, and SPACs. They will also provide an update on international corporate finance structures, including the current state of the U.S. PIPEs market. GACF is an organization of over 500 members consisting of publicly-traded companies, state-owned enterprises, privately-owned companies, and businesses and entities from various industries in Guangdong Province and other parts of China. The conference will be attended by executives of member companies with an interest in accessing capital or listing on U.S. markets. |
