Jeffrey A. Rinde, a partner in Hodgson Russ LLP’s Corporate & Securities and Asian Practice Groups, will speak at the 10th Annual China Venture Capital & Private Equity Forum, April 11 to 12, 2008, at the Shenzhen Wuzhou National Guest House in Shenzhen, China.

Mr. Rinde will discuss various transaction structures, including alternative public offerings, joint ventures, and management contracts utilized by many high-growth Chinese companies to access capital from the U.S. markets.

The theme for this year’s forum is “Fostering the Most Favorable Development Environment: Building up a Complete Private Equity/Venture Capital Industrial Chain.” With China now the world’s second largest market for venture investing, the forum is expected to draw over 1,000 global investors, fund-seeking entrepreneurs, policymakers from central and local governments, and professionals from the venture capital market.

Mr. Rinde and Robert Fleming, Jr., practice area leader of the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group, will also attend the China Outstanding Enterprise Road Shows and Investment Matchmaking event. It is the largest and most influential annual gathering of global venture capital investors and Chinese entrepreneurs in China.
