Hodgson Russ partner Larry Corman to present at South Palm Beach County Bar Association seminar
 Larry Corman, a partner in Hodgson Russ LLP’s Business Litigation, Employment Litigation, and Labor & Employment Practice Groups, will be a speaker at the January 23 seminar “Caught in the Legal Crossfire: Employer Strategies for Immigration and Employment Law in 2008,” presented by the South Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Labor & Employment and Immigration Committees. Mr. Corman will address how employers can create comprehensive compliance policies, training, and internal audits in order to comply with recent changes to Form I-9. He will also be addressing steps employers need to take in connection with making employment decisions to attempt to avoid and/or defeat potential discrimination claims.
