Hodgson Russ partner Leslie R. Kellogg speaks at Cassels Brock tax and trusts seminar in Toronto
 Leslie R. Kellogg, a partner in Hodgson Russ’s Federal/International Tax and International/Cross-Border Practice Groups, recently spoke at the first session of the Tax & Trusts Toolbox Seminar in Toronto.
Ms. Kellogg addressed the U.S. income tax implications of becoming a U.S. income tax resident, pre-immigration trust planning, and the potential implications of the U.S. expatriate tax regime to long-term U.S. income tax residents.
Presented by Cassels Brock, the seminar provided planning solutions for individual and corporate cross-border issues Canadians face in both the immigration and emigration process.
