Alice A. Joseffer addresses the Foundation of Accounting Executives
Alice A. Joseffer, a partner in Hodgson Russ’s Federal/International Tax, International/Cross-Border, and Tax Dispute Resolution Practice Groups, was a featured speaker at a conference presented by the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants’ Foundation of Accounting Executives. The day-long conference, “Closely held and flow-through entities,” was held at the New York Helmsley Hotel. Ms. Joseffer discussed various U.S. tax issues involved in doing business abroad, including tax treaty issues for S corporations and LLCs, transfer pricing considerations, and FIN 48.
