Robert N. Gottfried speaks at American Immigration Lawyers Association symposium

Robert N. Gottfried, a partner in the firm’s Immigration Practice Group, recently spoke at the 10th Annual New York Chapter Immigration Law Symposium, presented by the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Mr. Gottfried addressed expedited naturalization applications as well as the requirements for citizenship at birth and for individuals born outside the United States.

In addition to speaking at the symposium, Mr. Gottfried co-authored “Paths to citizenship through birth, parentage, marriage, and military service,” an article that was published in its official journal.

AILA is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization that provides continuing legal education, information, professional services, and expertise on immigration law.
