Ms. Rando concentrates her practice in bankruptcy, corporate and financial restructuring, creditors' rights, financial services, corporate litigation, and general business law. She routinely represents secured and unsecured creditors, creditors' committees, institutional lenders, equipment lessors, and trustees before the United States Bankruptcy Court. She also represents clients in complex state, federal, and bankruptcy litigation. Ms. Rando was a law clerk in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York and earned her LL.M. in bankruptcy from St. John’s University School of Law. She earned her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and her B.A. from New York University. While in law school, she served as Executive Notes and Comments Editor for the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. Hodgson Russ attorneys facilitate the U.S. legal aspects of transactions around the world. We practice in virtually every substantive area of law and generally use multidisciplinary work teams to serve the specific, often complex, needs of our clients, which include public and privately held businesses, governmental entities, nonprofit institutions, and individuals.
