Hodgson Russ is one of the few law firms with a full-time office in Toronto devoted exclusively to practicing U.S. law. Mr. Rachlin's practice focuses on international business law, primarily Canadian, including general corporate law, international trade, distribution, investment, and finance. He was the driving force behind the creation of the International Law and Practice Section of the New York State Bar Association and served as the section's first chair and is presently on its executive committee.
