Frank appointed to New York State Bar Association legal education committee NEW YORK, N.Y. — Paul M. Frank, a partner in Hodgson Russ LLP's Corporate & Securities Practice Group, was recently appointed to the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) Committee on Legal Education and Admission to the Bar.
Mr. Frank is past chair of NYSBA's International Law and Practice Section and a current member of that section's executive committee and of the NYSBA house of delegates. He is also a member of the Special Committee on Cross-Border Legal Practice. Mr. Frank counsels manufacturing, mining, cement, and other corporations on a wide range of corporate matters. His clients include major Latin American and European corporations operating in the United States, as well as American corporations. His experience includes representing U.S. companies in the mining and metals and food processing industries in Peru, Chile, and Honduras, and he served as counsel to the trade association of the tire and rubber industry and to several rubber industry shippers associations. |
