Sarah Kathleen Topp joins Hodgson Russ LLP

TORONTO, ONT. — Hodgson Russ LLP is pleased to announce that Sarah Kathleen Topp has joined the law firm's Corporate & Securities Practice Group in the Toronto office.

Ms. Topp assists clients with a wide range of matters, including take-over bids, initial public offerings, mergers, reorganizations, and other corporate and commercial transactions.

Ms. Topp received a J.D. cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law, an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa, and a B.A., from Laurentian University. She is admitted to practice in New York and is a licensed foreign legal consultant in Ontario.
