Daniel C. Oliverio Wins Mondaq Award for Most Popular Article

Daniel C. Oliverio, a partner in the Hodgson Russ LLP Business Litigation Practice Group, recently was named the “Contributor With Most Popular Article in the United States” by Mondaq, one of the world’s largest electronic distributors of articles on legal, regulatory, and financial topics.

Mr. Oliverio’s article, titled “Practical Tips on the Discovery of Electronically Stored Information and Privilege and Confidentiality Problems,” was the article read by the most registered business readers on Mondaq.com for the month of April 2008. The article appeared in the Litigation and Arbitration section of the Mondaq Web site and was distributed through several major business information providers, including Westlaw, Reuters, and Lexis-Nexis.
