Hodgson Russ Partners John J. Zak and Mark A. Harmon Speak on Rule 144 Changes

John J. Zak, a partner in Hodgson Russ’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group, and Mark A. Harmon, a partner in the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group, recently spoke at the quarterly meeting of the Securities Transfer Association in New York City. They discussed recent Rule 144 changes and their implications for transfer agents.
