Hodgson Russ lawyers earn victory for Cassadaga school

The New York State Division of Human Rights recently found that the 1991 reassignment of three Cassadaga Valley Central School District teachers from high-school to middle-school positions did not constitute age or sex discrimination. It also dismissed the teachers' complaints of retaliation and constructive discharge after the filings.

The district was represented in the proceedings by Hodgson Russ partner Robert J. Lane and senior associate Jodyann Galvin.
