Stephen A. Weiss, John J. Zak, and Arnold M. Zipper, partners in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group, presented recent securities law developments. Bethany J. Gilbert, an attorney in the firm’s Health Law Practice Group, addressed related developments of interest to life science companies.The conference hosted over 30 growth-oriented micro and small-cap companies, which presented to institutional investors, venture capitalists, corporate executives, and investment professionals.
