Gilbert named to editorial advisory board of <i>Medical Devices Law & Industry Report</i> BUFFALO, N.Y. — Bethany J. Gilbert, an attorney in Hodgson Russ LLP’s FDA, Health Law, and Corporate & Securities Practice Groups, has been named to the editorial advisory board of Medical Devices Law & Industry Report, a biweekly publication of the Bureau of National Affairs (BNA). BNA is the country’s largest independent publisher of information and analytical news and reports, covering a full range of legal, legislative, regulatory and economic topics. As a member of the editorial advisory board, Ms. Gilbert will provide legal perspective on current developments, trends, and issues affecting manufacturers, regulators, and investors in the medical devices industry. As an attorney, Ms. Gilbert focuses her practice on FDA-regulated industries, advising clients on domestic and foreign regulatory compliance and assisting them throughout enforcement proceedings. She also has extensive experience in the area of privacy law, concentrating on HIPAA, European Union data protection issues, and reimbursement issues, focusing on fraud and abuse compliance.
