Mr. Nisser concentrates his practice in corporate law, with a particular focus on U.S. securities regulation and compliance, public and private equity and debt security financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Mr. Nisser earned a B.A. from Connecticut College. He studied law in Brussels, Belgium, and earned his LL.B. degree from the University of Buckingham, Great Britain. He is a native Swedish speaker, fluent in French, and conversant in Italian. With more than 225 attorneys practicing in all major areas of law, Hodgson Russ is among the 200 largest law firms headquartered in the United States.
