Hodgson Russ Ranks Among Nation’s Top Law Firms for Counsel in PIPE Deals

The PIPEs Report has ranked Hodgson Russ among the top law firms in the United States for providing legal counsel to issuers and investors involved in PIPE (private investments in public equity) deals.

The firm ranks fifth for the number of deals in which we represented investors and ranks 25th by total of dollars advised. On the issuer side, Hodgson Russ ranks sixth in the number of placements advised.

The rankings, published this month, include PIPEs that are at least $1 million USD and have been executed by public corporations domiciled in the United States or by public, foreign companies that have a primary listing or a significant trading presence on any of the U.S. stock exchanges or markets. The rankings include deals up to and including April 1, 2008.
