Betty Li joins Corporate & Securities Practice Group

NEW YORK, N.Y. — Attorney Betty Li has joined Hodgson Russ LLP in the law firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group. She is located in the firm’s New York office.

Ms. Li maintains a broad-based corporate practice. Her experience includes handling securities, corporate finance, domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate matters. She works extensively with U.S. companies doing business in China, including assisting U.S. investment banks and private equity funds with investments and acquisitions in China. She also advises Chinese businesses on doing business in the United States.
