Arthur A. Marrapese speaks on the Pension Protection Act

Arthur A. Marrapese, a partner in the firm’s Employee Benefits Practice Group, recently spoke on the Pension Protection Act of 2006 at a seminar hosted by the Financial Planning Association (FPA) of Rochester, N.Y. The seminar addressed 401(k) plan automatic enrollment arrangements, participant investment advice, and default investments.
