Alice A. Joseffer speaks on cross-border tax convention

Alice A. Joseffer, a partner in Hodgson Russ's Federal/International Tax and International/Cross-Border Practice Groups and head of the firm’s Tax Dispute Resolution Practice Group, discussed the 5th Protocol to the Canada-U.S. Tax Convention at at a recent seminar presented by the American Chamber of Commerce in Canada (AmCham Canada). Ms. Joseffer addressed the protocol’s implications for hybrid entities.
