Hodgson Russ Partner Alice A. Joseffer Speaks on Taxation Issues in Cross-Border Acquisitions

Alice Joseffer (Federal/International Tax, Buffalo), a partner in Hodgson Russ's Federal/International Tax and International/Cross-Border Practice Groups and head of the firm’s Tax Dispute Resolution Practice Group, recently spoke at “Taxation issues in acquisition transactions,” a seminar presented by the Ontario Bar Association in Toronto. Ms. Joseffer spoke about the taxation issues U.S. investors face when acquiring a Canadian business.
