Bethany J. Gilbert, an attorney in Hodgson Russ LLP’s Life Sciences, Health Law, and Corporate & Securities Practice Groups, recently spoke at “Critical FDA Issues for Researchers and Industry,” presented by University at Buffalo Office of Science, Technology Transfer, and Economic Outreach. Ms. Gilbert addressed key regulatory compliance issues applicable to drug and device companies and the implications of regulatory milestones for human drug, devices, and biologics research.
