NYSBA Health Section Names Ellen V. Weissman Chair of Reimbursement Committee
 Ellen V. Weissman, leader of the Hodgson Russ LLP Health Law Practice Group, was recently named chair of the Committee on Payment and Reimbursement of the New York State Bar Association Health Law Section.
In this role, Ms. Weissman will oversee the Health Law Section’s educational programs relating to Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement as well as the Section’s comments on proposed rules and legislation relating to payment issues. She will also serve as a member of the Executive Committee of the Health Law Section.
