Immigration U.S. Immigration Services to begin Accepting Green Card Applications......based on First-Issued Visa Bulletin for July 2007 U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has just announced that it will accept employment-based applications to adjust status for a 31 day period through August 17th, in accordance with the original July 2007 Visa Bulletin issued by the U.S. Department of State (DOS) on June 12th. Accordingly, DOS has retracted the revised July visa bulletin issued on July 2nd, which stated that the USCIS would no longer accept adjustment applications for the month of July. |
