New PERM ETA Form 9089 to be released in 2008

ETA Form 9089, which is used to apply for permanent labor certification (PERM), has been re-engineered by the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL). The DOL is currently planning upgrades to the PERM system to support this change, which is meant to increase the integrity of the program. Full implementation will take place during the summer of 2008.
