Robert N. Gottfried a Speaker at NYSBA Immigration Seminar
 Robert N. Gottfried, a partner in the Hodgson Russ Immigration Practice Group, recently served as a speaker at the New York State Bar Association seminar titled “Immigration Law Update 2008 — Basics and Beyond.” The seminar provided critical information and practices for both beginning and experienced immigration attorneys.
Bob was a co-presenter of “Family-Based Immigration Basics,” which addressed topics including what family members can sponsor, affidavits of support, and how a child is defined in the context of orphans.
