Michael C. O’Neill joins the Insurance and Reinsurance Practice Group

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Michael C. O’Neill has joined Hodgson Russ LLP as a partner in the Insurance & Reinsurance Practice Group in the law firm’s Buffalo office.

Mr. O'Neill concentrates his practice in insurance coverage and liability defense. He has had numerous jury verdicts in New York and Illinois, including in premises liability, motor vehicle liability, labor law, insurance coverage, and defamation. Mr. O'Neill also has extensive experience in environmental long-tail insurance coverage defense. Before joining Hodgson Russ, Mr. O'Neill worked as a trial and coverage attorney in Buffalo for seven years and practiced for nine years in Chicago.
