Hodgson Russ Partner Jodyann Galvin and Thomas E. Popek Speak at SUNY Conference

Jodyann Galvin, a partner in the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group, and Thomas E. Popek, an attorney in the firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology Law Practice Group, recently presented “Evolving Legal Issues in the Digital Age” at the 2008 State University of New York Business Officers’ Association (SUBOA) Conference in Niagara Falls, New York.

Jodyann and Tom spoke about best practices for university executives regarding issues related to e-discovery, licensing, outsourcing, record retention, and technology transactions.
